(04/24/2014) Looks like this is a VEC body. Has an f-head.
“For being 68 yrs old, this is a very nice vehicle. It has matching frame and body serial numbers and numerous newer parts including:
– “F” Head 90 hp motor
– rebuilt transmission
– 12 volt conversion with remanufactured generator
– carburetor
– solenoid, coil, starter & battery
It certainly isn’t perfect, but it’s hard to expect more for the age and the price.”
90 hp? Weird pattern on brake/clutch pedals. No sign of a column shift. No tags on dash. No ignition way to the right, like a “key on coil”. Needs some homework…
Air cleaners are worth extra 20hp Todd. 🙂
Man, I thought it was the “lack” of air cleaners that added hp! Haha!
