UPDATE: Still Available.
(03/03/2015) Engine starts, but vehicle doesn’t run.
“Up for sale is a mostly original 1966 Nissan Patrol. The engine, transmission, transfer case, drivelines, and axles are all complete. There are fold down seats in the rear, a spare tire holder and removable hard top. Only 62,000 original miles! The inside of this is complete as well, ready to restore or make it exactly how you want it. The body is in pretty good shape, not a lot of rust or dents with the original grill and headlamps. This Patrol will start, but it is not currently drive-able due to years of sitting. Once this rare vehicle is restored, or turned into a custom trail rig, it will be a head-turning classic. Serious inquiries only, please.”
Man, the japanese were masters at stealing designs back then! This looks like a small range rover
They were. I remember a picture once of what looked like a miniature “57 Chevy.
Although I agree with Bob and Blaine, I like this one… must have missed it back in March. Not something anyone else in the neighborhood is going to be driving. Hope it finds a good home.
