UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $9000
Has some incorrect parts, but runs and drives. Might be an easy restoration project.
“1942 Military Jeep for sale. Naturally, I have the full title. It runs great and is driven weekly. Most major systems have been rebuilt including brakes, steering, frame, etc. It has the “F” Ford symbols throughout the entire vehicle.
Would be a great project for someone who wants to finish out the body for a full restoration. I have a full history of this partial restoration.”
Wow, $9000. It has a long way to go before it gets close to that price. Looks weird with the one piece glass and cj grill.
9k! Did they legalize pot in FL? Where the heck is the military grill at least? Ya, windshield looses it’s look with the one piece. Lots of work left and the fella’s price doesn’t leave much meat on the bone…
Oh Todd, you get the bone with this one (and it’s dry with zero meat) by the time you get all the parts, body work, paint. But naturally, seller has the title. What’s going on with the biggest hood blocks? They’re bigger than the high hood blocks
I think they are just 2×4’s cut about 4″ long…
I know what they are but with someone doing a “restoration”non this jeep should do the research and put correct ones on. But then again, look at the rest of the jeep
Might not be a bad place to start but price too high for the work that still needs to be done.
