UPDATE: Was $2000. Taking Best Offer
“Rare project with 41,000 original miles. Needs work. It’s missing the front and rear drive shafts, DANA 300 T-case, door panels, drivers glass, dash pad, carb, and a few other misc. items.. The rear door is dented as well as the rear left side of the top. Rusted above rear fenders. I have a new windshield frame and drivers floor pan. Dash, column, and trans are removed but included. Have other front fenders. Motor turns but I have not had it running. This is a right hand drive jeep. I will sale it for the right offer. The last photo is of an original Postal at the Alaska Department of Transportation Museum. Please do not contact me unless you are a serious buyer.”
Those postal versions of the Scrambler are indeed rare. Bring a body man!
Could you imagine trying to find the back door? This is a very cool jeep
I so want this thing, just that the shipping alone would triple the cost of it! but man, what a cool project.
Someone beat that poor thing to death!
One of our club members had one for a little while. I don’t think he ended up doing anything with it before he sold it… Could even be this one.
This thing is very cool… and seems like a great price! Another one I hope an eWillys reader buys and reports back to this site with “during” and “after” pics.
