UPDATE: **Status Unknown** Was $5500.
(04/25/2013) The paint job certainly is unusual, but it looks solid. The description suggests the seller is confused the CJ-5 with the CJ-3B?
“This Willys is great fun to drive and sport around. It has street tires because it was used in parades and car shows. It would run about the desert better with fat tires. 53 is the year that Kaiser bought the company after the Koren war and started making Willys for civilians which is why there is the bigger engine and higher hood. You are buying a piece of history.”
That is an interesting roll bar.
Someone save this poor jeep from its owner!!
Intersted in jeep, still for sale??
HI Darla,
I haven’t seen this relisted recently. If it does reappear, I’ll drop you an email. I’ve updated the post.
