Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
There are plenty of interesting, unusual, historic and surprising stories related to Jeeps and their owners. In addition, some of these features have nothing to do with jeeps. This link will display all featured stories starting from the latest.
Looking for parts and not sure where to go? There are a variety of large and small new and used parts sellers both online and offline.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“Le Laffly V15 4×4 légere”!!! Probably, one of the best French made vehicles of WW2.
FROM WIKIPEDIA;
Late 1938 , it Laffly tractor is adapted by the cavalry. The V15 will be used during the Second World War , he was ordered 100 copies ( produced by Laffly ) and 1386 copies to be delivered before the end of September 1940 , fewer than 200 copies ( produced by La Licorne ) will finally be delivered in June 1940.
You can view more pictures and specs there.
Thanks guys. Roberto, it was one of the best?
Those certainly are not French soldiers riding the Laffly in the blk & white vintage photo. Das sind Deutsch Soldaten reiten auf dem Laffly.
Obviously, Npd811. As you told, first shot shows a captured vehicle, as you could check because the road signal at the background, during the campaign of 1940. I´m not sure if this points the village of Fère-Champenoise, at the Marne. Also, notice the aerial reconn panel at the vehicle hood, perhaps just a Nazi flag, as it was used by German army during WW2 and the French “Armée” license plate at the front.
Cheers,
Thanks for the details Roberto.
Really!?! With the two small front wheels, it does look as a fly…..laffly….Do you get it?
One version of this had a 47mm anti-tank gun mounted on the back and was very successful against german tanks. Trouble was, as with most of the French Army’s newer armaments, too little to late.
