UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5900
“Original 4cyl. unmolested CJ-3a. Clean as they come considering the the year. Father-in-law’s until he recently passed. I believe he owned it for last 40 years or so. Store indoors. Hate to sell, but no where to store indoors now and it deserves it.
Runs great, Very little rust. Great shape. Pto, 3 speed m/t, 6 volt. Soft top is about 2 years old. Spare engine. New Napa commercial battery, fuel pump, filter, tow bar included.
Cash, no trades, title in hand, will not part out..”
I wonder why this is not selling?
Looks to be worth the price from the photos.

I think the if the paint job was redone that might help. I agree it looks solid.
I’m not surprised that this is not selling. It’s overpriced for this area. There are a lot of Jeeps here, and not very rusty. My brother sold one a few years ago that looked great, and had the perfect setup for $4,000. I agree with you Dave, that a fresh coat of paint would help the price.
It’s interesting to see the Jeep demographics around here. There has always been a lot of CJ’s, and plenty of wagons and pickups on the road. But there have only been a handful of FC’s over the years. Of course, there are fewer and fewer daily drivers as drivers get younger. (Or, the Willys lovers get older. lol.)
