Motor is stuck.
“This is a barn find with 46000 miles on it. It )is complete but not running the gear box is stuck and the engine won’t turn. I have the good windshield and frame.
Possibly could put some oil in the cylinders and free things up or good restoration project.”
Thinks it’s more like a 63 . Single speedo and snorkle hole on passenger side. Definite value
