The front jeep is a Holden ambulance jeep,These were converted by the Holden corp of Australia for the US Marines.The bracket on the hood is a spare tire mount due to the fact that the conversion cut a small door into the rear panel. A search on the internet will turn up many Holden ambulance jeep pictures.
