Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “We purchased as a project 3 years ago and haven’t made any progress. Ran when parked, haven’t started in 2 years. New clutch, needs brake work. We’d rather someone else restore it than see it waste away. “
I have a 52 willy that has been restored – military issue markings, etc. – just had brake job. Good shape. Is there someone there in Kerrville who restores these & has inventory?
I’m trying to determine what my asking price should be.

I don’t know of any shops in Kerrville. One of the reasons why I started eWillys was to build up a database of jeeps and their listing prices to help both buyers and sellers better price jeeps.
