UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay.
An original running Austin Champ? That’s a miracle!
“A rare opportunity to own a piece of motoring history! This is a truly rare truck.
Very original and unrestored austin champ, nice and almost rustfree condition, runs and drive very good without problems.paint is decent but not perfect, complete with softtop, for more info please contact us.
This version of the Champ is built and used an Austin A90 Atlantic motor”
I had one of these. Worst jeeps ever…to heavy and parts near impossible to find.
Luis. Agreed. I had 3 of them that needed parts!

I happily scrapped mine and enjoyed watching its destruction.
I’ve seen some of these around for the past 30 years, but I have never seen or heard a running driving one. Someone must have imported a bunch of them in the 1960’s and was darn lucky to sell them.
Well, it’s not an “Austin A90 motor”, the engine is a Rolls Royce designed but Austin made B40 Mk 5A.
Luis – it’s not a Jeep! They were complicated and took a lot of maintenance. Parts will be virtually unobtainable in the US but lots are relatively standard and things can be adapted.
Buzz – Sam Winer in Akron OH imported around 600 in the mid-1960s and sold them as “Rolls Royce Jeeps”. There were still a few hulks left in the yard into this century!
