UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $25,000
(07/31/2014) Parade ready!
“1941 Willy’s “Slat Grill”.
DOD December 4th 1941.
Older restoration that was hardly ever driven. Only 875 miles since it’s restoration.
New paint is pretty much all it needed.
Runs and drives and stops very well.
All canvas in good shape.
Titled and currently on a “NON-OP” status.
We will deliver it anywhere in California and put basic markings on it with a full price offer.”
Being a ‘slatgrille’ guy, at that price this has parts that shouldn’t be on it. The BO driving light on the fender (war time retro fit); metal spoked steering wheel (should be black plastic); standard height windshield frame w/rifle mount (should be low w/s with plain skin); wrong hood hinge; wrong hood blocks; wrong w/s catches….etc? It’s a nice looking vehicle, but too pricey for what it is/is not.

Thanks for chiming in about the accuracy. Much appreciated! Hard to know those things unless you’ve studied them 🙂
