A couple folks contacted me asking about this one. The seller is convinced this is a shortened wagon. I did try searching “2wd shorties”, but didn’t see anything about jeeps. I have tried to document very short wagons here, however the wagon in the photo looks standard to me. Anyone have insights?
“I have a 2wd willys wagon shortie Project no motor or tranny (the motor and tranny Sold) floor boards are rusted, i have seats that can go with it if u want them have to Many projects may part trade for two sparco race seats or ? Please do not email
Dont call me telling me they didnt make them cuz thats Bull crap i got 2 sitting in my yard and i got paper work for one to prove they made it and do not flag my ad Look up the 2wd shorties and try telling me Im asking to much”
Sounds like this guy is a real ‘peach’ to deal with! Crappy attitude looking for confrontation right away…yikes.

Anyone notice the angle of the drive shaft?
This photo appears to have a depth of field problem-lots of people can explain this more accurately than I’m able to. As to the driveshaft angle; I don’t think the engine is sitting all the way down in between the frame rails or far enough back. If you follow the driveshaft “sightline” it appears to be angled to ground level , not actually connected to anything. The body of the wagon seems of normal dimensions when you consider the wheel arch position centered on the window divider. And I could be completely wrong and learn from people who know more than me. Just my 2cents.
This is easy. Wheelbase: 104 inches, overall length, including bumpers: 176 inches. Doesnt this guy have a tape measure?
It’s like he’s almost daring us to “flag” his post. BTW, if they’re sitting in his yard isn’t that proof enough that “someone” made it?
