UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $8000.
Interior could use some polish. Outside looks great.
“We have owned this car since 1991 and it has been well maintained.. Within the last dozen miles or so, professionals have installed a machine shop rebuilt Willys 6 cylinder F-head engine and cylinder head. In addition, all clutch components have also been replaced. Has new seat covers, 3 original and 1 duplicated.”
What’s that on the tailgate bottom below license plate
This looks like a 2wd “Station Sedan” model with the basket weave inserts etc.
And I’m with Scotty: what the heck is on the tailgate?
Looks like a turn signal indicator below the license plate.
The Station Sedans were discontinued in late 49/50 but you could get the basket weave panels through 1953. We had a maroon1953 one with the basket weave when I was a kid.
Hi, I’m very interested in the Willys wagon if still available. I’m in MA and may be in CT this weekend. Please write back or call me at 781 801 0801. Thanks, Mark
