This truck body is sitting on a short wheelbase chassis.
“1948 Old Jeep – 6 volt system – 4 cylinder. This would be a cool restoration project. $2500 or best offer”
The bed on this truck has been shortened, probably a frame cut and driveshaft cut as well. The steps in front of the rear fenders are gone – about 18″ shorter than original…..
Yeah, I probably should have said that it ‘looks’ like it could be on a short wheel base, but you may also be right about the cut frame. You never know with these oddballs ….
