Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
There are plenty of interesting, unusual, historic and surprising stories related to Jeeps and their owners. In addition, some of these features have nothing to do with jeeps. This link will display all featured stories starting from the latest.
Looking for parts and not sure where to go? There are a variety of large and small new and used parts sellers both online and offline.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

Went to this the last few years. It’s what I’d call a ‘casual car show’. More socializing and less about polishing the car for the judge. I’ll be attending this year. Look for the 6’5″ guy with a beard and wearing a panama hat and say hello.
If you’re a serious Willys Nut, and like CraigInPA says above, not into flash and splash, this is THE PLACE To BE on June 8. I’ve attended from Maine the last three years having more fun than should be allowed. For those who find The Willys Special Equipment Catalog fascinating, you’ll get your fix here. Thanks to the organizers / sponsors for allowing us to participate, AND ALL for FREE!!
Agreed with the above comments… we drive a few Willys Jeeps up from the Lancaster, PA area every year. Seth and his crew put on a great event, dont miss this one.
Anyone that wants to drive up with us from Lancaster, please email me: bill@limestreetcarriage.com It’s a casual drive, 45mph max so the little guys can keep up…. I’m taking my 2A (no OD). We take the back roads, no highways.
Bill
I’m a million miles away, {an equation involving distance = miles, time & $$} so no chance of attending, BUT: what a fine offer/invite, Bill!! I’ll be there in spirit since “the journey is the best part of the trip”! {perhaps in the future I can make the trip, I am putting 2A/3A running gear under a FJ-3A}…an OD might be in the mix, eh?! Post some pics if you can; thanks again for the efforts!!!
Like everyone here says, a good time will be had by all. Try to attend, you’ll be glad you did.
The location of the Great Willys Picnic this year is very close to the Boy Scout Camp that used a rare 1943 Willys MT-TUG 6×6 back in the 1950’s and 1960’s. Current whereabouts of the TUG is unknown. Here’s an ewillys.com link for more info:
