I don’t know how common these are, but I’ve not seen one.
“For Sale US Army M416 Trailer, This unit is (we have been told) and engineering Corps Trailer with the Whackey Roof affair and storage. That all Lifts off, no holes have been Drilled. This unit is Straight, Rust Free, Correct Jack Leg as well as Hitch, Wiring harness is there and complete, the Plug has been cut, Sale includes a new inner vehicle cable (has the correct ends) to fix the cut Plug. There are no lights. These Trailers can be correct with the larger late composite lights as well as the small aluminum Lights. Many of these end up on the road with their own light system regardless. Great for Camping Hauling or for the MV enthusiast. Good Rubber no dents no rust… IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND $1200/”
Probably in Iowa. Sioux City is Iowa, across the Missouri River from South Sioux City, Nebraska. Just up the road is North Sioux City, South Dakota (not sure if you cross another river or not).
Yep, i was tired last night. I’ve been through there, too. I’m going to take a few days off . . .
These M-416’s (w/ vented rims as on M-151’s) are much more common than the older M-100 trailers with the curved fenders.
Take your time recovering from your exhausting trip. We’ll be patient with you while you catch your needed rest, in your own bed for a change.
