UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5500.
Looks like a strong 3B.
“54 willys in good cond. Built 350 motor with mild cam runs strong. Dana 25 front end, 44 rear end. Saginaw 4 speed tranny. Warrin overdrive. Less than 5000 miles on it. Just rebuilt carb. Replaced and cleand fuel lines, new fuel pump. New master brake cylinder. Complete soft top in great condition. Tires have lots of tread but sidewalls have a lot of cracking. Clean title, registered through Feb. 2015. No Smog needed. Asking $5500 OBO.”
Tool indents on a 3B? Must be a replacement tub.
I have never seen a CJ-3B replacement body with tool indents, maybe a 2A type tub grafted to a 3B cowl if that is possible. Definitely unusual
Mark,
As explained to me by the MD Juan folks, when MD Juan first started doing the aftermarket 3B bodies they included tool indents. As they got more presses and more knowledge they eventually stopped shipping the 3B bodies with them.
