On Friday night Ann and I both decided we were ready to head home, despite the fact there were some things we still wanted to see. But, that’s always the case. You can never see everything, so you have to enjoy what you can see. Here’s our route.

Marc, I can only think of one toll interstate highway in the western US and that is one in Colorado. There are a handful of toll bridges in the west (maybe less than 10?).

Tolls are more common in the eastern half. For example Interstate 90 through the northern US is nearly all tolls from Wisconsin thru NY, but from washington state to Wisconsin there are no tolls.

Actually, we are projected to stay in Vancouver the night of May 1. Ann’s Aunt and Uncle live there. I’m sure we’ll be eating dinner and breakfast with his Aunt and Uncle, so we’ll be good on the food front.

Definitely would like to visit with you. Maybe we could drop by to see you or you and your dad on the afternoon of May 1 or in the morning on May 2? Whatever you think would work best.
