UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $15,000.
(09/26/2013) Looks good. At that price I’d expect to see some combat rims on it, too.
“Totally restored 1945 Willy MB. Engine completely rebuilt by machine shop, Transmission rebuilt, new transfer assembly, new gas tank and fuel lines, New brakes and bearings, new brake lines. New radiator. Many new parts. Windshield has a few cracks but I can replace this for the next owner. Fully titled. Drives good”
For that price in addition to combat rims ,it should have the original full floating rear axle instead of the post war CJ style one.
Radiator hose is wrong, its been converted to 12volt, there is some kind of problem with the fuel filter.
But it has the beer bottle opener over the right rear wheel… so that makes up for other deficiencies! 🙂
