UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1300
(11/24/2013) This looks like a good price for all those parts.
“Custom made stainless steel kit for CJ2,3 A and B. This kit was manufactured in Washington state and cost me over 2500, I never completed this project and now selling the kit. You can see on attached how this kit looks on the jeep.”
I’m confused, seller states custom made in Washington state, but calls them Jewels SS kit in e-bay ad. I thought Jewels were imported from Phillipines.
Mark,
The seller is a little confused. They were manufactured and imported from the Phillipines, but packaged/sold through dealers in Washington State. There are a couple folks that still have both Jewels (unsure how many left) and non-branded stainless parts for sale, both in Oregon and Washington. The stainless market got hit hard with the recession, but hopefully it is beginning to recover. I’m happy to forwarded their names if anyone is interested in stainless parts.
