Sean is correct (see comment below). It appears the column shift was not original (as I first thought), especially given the hole in the transmission cover for a standard tranny tower (which I missed). I’d suggest examining it closely before buying.

With no firewall mount for horn, tub is after s/n 51228, not column shift.

Might be a column shift chassis & drivetrain with a later tub swap.
Possibly a reproduction tub. There are no corner bow pockets and possibly no wheel well bow pockets either. The horn looks like an early firewall horn with bracket like my 46. Repro tubs don’t have caged nuts in firewall to accept oil bag air filter and horn. That would also explain the floor shift plate
