(12/16/2013) Looks like this has a spring over mod and a few other changes.
“I have a 1953 CJ-3A for sale. It looks and runs excellent. It has the “Go Devil” L-Head 134 c.i. 4 Cylinder engine, 3 speed T-90 transmission, and Dana model 18 transfer case. Has been updated to 12 volt. We called her Wilma and she would go anywhere we pointed her.”

I’d kind of wondered that given the windshield, but notice the hand brake to the right of the gauge panel. It convinced me the body was a CJ-3A.
