There seems to be parts value here.
“Listing for a friend. 3 Day auction Ends Sunday! No Reserve!
Here is a 1949 Willys Jeep Cj2a.
Flathead 4 cylinder engine (Could not turn by hand)
3 speed Manual trans., 2 lever transfer case.
Rear mounted PTO gearbox with driveshaft and shift lever on floor. (Rare)
16″ wheels all the way around.

Frame is in good condition. (Never plowed, frame horns good).
Body is decent, some rust but saveable.
This could be restored or used for parts. (I know that this could be parted out for a lot more!)
If you win the bid, and just want parts, I can have them removed and shipped to you.
Please email me with any questions and I will get the information from the owner.”
This one sold for $1000 – not as good a deal as the CJ-3A above for $1250. That guy was serious about the no-reserve 3 day auction.
