Here’s an unusual 1954 press photo found by Marc. The driver is Walter Lorch of Willys Motors. The jeep was one of twelve caravan touring through Latin America.

Agreed. I have the plans for this and it shows bumper, drawbar and spare must all be removed to make it work.

It you look close you can see the drawbar is on the jeep with no hitch. The drawbar is going down between the wood that the tires are on. Thanks Dave Roger J Martin Ohio
