Would be interesting to see the S/N of this one. Don’t know exactly when CJ3B production started, but my S/N List shows the first 1953 CJ3B’s with S/N from 453 GB2 10001 to 37551 ( 27551 units). Many states titled vehicles differently and if this one was made late in 1952, it might have been titled as a 1952. Derek Redmond’s CJ3B Page shows no 1952 CJ3B Jeep.

I thought I’d heard rumors of 1952s, but that could have been my imagination. I figured it was probably an incorrect year.
