UPDATE: **SOLD** Was listed at $3500.
This looks awfully nice for the price.
“Two wheel drive station wagon. Hurricane 4 cylinder three speed with overdrive. New bronze glass, brakes and wheel cylinders, chrome wheels and tires, battery. Rebuilt starter and generator.
Runs great.
Very original Jeep.”
I agree with the price posted. Something has got to be wrong with the price, something is fishy or it’s not all it looks to be. There is a bit of rust on the pass side.
Maybe the seller forgot to add a 1? Nice wagon. Wow.
I would buy that in a flash if it were closer..
Love that body design..one of the best in my opinion..
It’s not a station sedan, since it is as advertised 1947.
Lack of moveable vent window.
It would say “Station Sedan” on the hood.
Thanks Dave.
I bought it today. Live in the same town. It is very nice, but there is some rust to deal with. Passenger side floor needs a patch and some bubbling along bottom of body panels. That being said, it is still in great shape for the price! Owner tore off seat upholstery as his wife was worried about mice. Only other thing really needed is a carb rebuild to run a little better. Plan to drive it home.
