UPDATE: Sold. Was listed at $750.
Looks like a good price. Brewster is in Eastern Washington north of Chelan on why 97.
“1960 FC170 Jeep 4WD 296 Chevy Engine. Lots of spare parts: transmission, transfer case, axels, extra cab and chassis, does not currently run. Good for parts. $750 OBO..”
Yep, that’s a true blue FC-170 DRW!
Thanks Craig.
The trans is worth that if it’s a T-98.
I need 4 of these 16″ Dually wheels if anyone has any for sale!
Bill
Allrighty! I am first in line and as good as a done deal. But I need to wait for the weather to be good enough to trailer through the passes.
Bill, I have some Ford wheels which are slightly different. I may have Jeep wheels later.
Congrats Blaine!
Let me know if I can be of any use since I’m on this side of the hill.

Nice buy, Blaine! I’d be interested in the Jeep wheels, as I am trying to match the others on my truck. I’ll wait to see what you have…. I’m subscribed to this ad, or you can email me from the link on my name 😉
ps. I am also in need of 2 adapters that bolt to the front brake drum that the dually wheel mounts to. Should you have any extra parts …
Thanks, Bill
I went to look at it in person Sunday. Not as good as I had hoped. (I was hoping no rust) Still good though. It might be early spring before I make the two trips to retrieve the trucks and parts.
Blaine, was the second truck a DRW also?? -Bill
Second is single wheel but the extra axles are DRW front (broken in two from flipping a truck in a ditch years ago) and a rear. I goofed and erased the picture I took of the axle/spring pile of parts. Adapters might be in the cards for you Bill.
Blaine- I will owe you one forever! I’d even take them from the backing plates outward if you don’t have use for the brakes 🙂
Bill
Congrats on the good find. So did this guy have two FCs for sale? And still have one left for sale?
Or are we just talking about the second axle on the bed…
They are a package deal Zach.
Blaine –
Any chance you’ve gone back up to dig the Jeeps (and parts) out ??
Bill
Blaine- any news on the front DRW axle? I’m still looking for a pair of front brakes/hubs backing plates out
Thanks!, Bill
