Dave ,I think the jeep attatchment is a crane or hoist only.The “straw cutter ” as the old ad calls it are what I would call a straw chopper that attatches at the very back of a combine.The straw chopper shreds the material up as it exits the machine and spreads it out on the field.Very cool photo!!:)
