I’m amazed there is any property like this left at Newport Beach. I suspect the engine is not stock.

What engine? Looking at that third pic I don’t seen a motor, transmission or t-case… and no drive shafts. This needs too much work for that price.
Maybe the price is proportional to number of things you can count in the picture.
Wow what a hunk of junk and only 3000.00.
