“Are you tired of reading the way everybody describes something that they are selling lately? They always say its rare, one of a kind, show ready, mint, old school, prototype, custom, head turner, show stopper etc. How about a VEHICLE that is TRULY all of the above!
You are viewing a TRUE one of a kind 1961 Willys. This is so special, you will never see another one like it. Not in any show or anywhere in the world. Ever! How many people can say that?
Yes, Willys did make a woody. But, they NEVER used real wood. They used a decal. This special 1961 Willys has real solid oak & walnut wood. NOT VENEER. It took over two years in planning, dreaming, drawings, blueprints, and painstaking love to create this masterpiece. An old school master carpenter used old world techniques to hug this beauty with REAL wood. This Willys even has a period correct wooden surfboard rack with canvas tie downs with its original factory sticker! Pulling it ALL TOGETHER is a vintage surfboard and vintage window surf stickers!
Everything, top to bottom was tastefully restored. No expense was spared. I have all the restoration pictures and receipts totaling over $40,000.00 not including the price of the vehicle and wood work. The paint color will never be seen on any other Willys either. The color is from a Jeep Grand Cherokee vintage year 2002. The electrical has been updated to 12 volt. It also has a professionally installed stereo system. ORIGINAL MATCHING engine and drivetrain. The hurricane motor has been completely torn down and professionally rebuilt (receipts and pictures to prove it). This Willys even has a 4 core radiator to keep things cool. We installed brand new Coker wide whitewall tires. The rims were sandblasted, painted fire red, and professionally hand pinstriped tan.
The interior is completely new. Form its headliner to its wood slats on the floor. It still smells new! We even had a custom carpet made for the tailgate for picnics, shows, or tailgating. All of the windows are bright and clear. There is NOTHING needed.
If you have been looking for a Woody…. you already know that an unrestored basketcase (needing everything top to bottom) NOT running start at 10 to 30,000.00 thousand dollars. Restored drivers start at 40 to 50,000.00 dollars. Some even fetch over $100,000.00 dollars. Our Willys is ONE of ONE. There is NO other like it in the world. I encourage you to ask any questions or pics!
Come see it for yourself! Come drove it! I hope the next lucky owner will cherish, love, drive, and show her off! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be apart of Willys history! She draws a crowd everywhere she goes! People of every age stop to talk about this Willy! People take out their cell phones to take pictures and leave with the biggest smile each and every time you venture out! You’ll get the wave. You’ll get the nod. You’ll be apart of something very special! Don’t miss out!”
That’s a very cool idea! Looks great too.
