Isn’t this a VEC Jeep? I see the remnants of a top bow mount, a side gas port, and drain holes. The windshield is also stamped Willys.
David, good point. It’s got the tool indents of a VEC, so the body could be that. And the three data plates suggest it is on the early side, too. It doesn’t have a column shift.
