L134, new pistons, valves, 2 sleeves, valve guides, oil pump, electronic ignition, rebuilt carburetor, resealed transmission transfer case front and rear end. new brakes all around, seats, steering refresh(needs gearbox) tie rod ends, drag link. 2.5″ rancho suspension. modified rollbar and soft top.
