UPDATE: Was $4300.
Given the windshield appears broken, the engine block is in the back, lack of bumper, etc, I’m thinking more like $1000 for this.
“1947 willies jeep , engine block in back, transmission still in place $4300 obo sold with bill of sale”
those look like M-151 wheels
What brand are those locking hubs? I had an old Willys CJ2A several years ago that had those and I can’t remember the brand. I’d like to find a pair for my current CJ3A. I like them because you grab the whole hub and turn it rather than just a little tab. Easier on the fingers!
I will look through my pics, but I think Sears or Allstate private labeled some of those? Don’t quote me on that just yet though.
I stand corrected. I’m pretty sure those are dualmatics. Power Train made ones that looked similar.
they could be Selectro. they look exactly like the ones i had on my 2A back in ’77
Frank .. I forgot about those and didn’t have them among my list of hubs on my computer. You are correct. Here’s a picture from the CJ-5 page: http://www.earlycj5.net/forums/showthread.php?65325-selectro-hubs

If you read through that CJ-5 link, you’ll see that Selectro, Dualmatics, and the 4 Wheel Drive generic hubs are all very similar.
Thanks for the info. Now to find a good pair.!
DC … I found these, but they are a six spline and not a ten spline . . .

I’ve got a search mechanism set up to spot them now.
Cool. If you see some let me know.
Judging by the photos and the comments so far, I suspect the hubs are the most valuable part of this poorly cared for Jeep! $4300 for a pair of hubs…hmmmmm!!
I have a pair on my GPW that I bought from Sears in the late 70s that look very similar.
