UPDATE: Still Available (link updated)
(10/25/2012) This has got a problem hole in the floor . . .
“1963 Jeep CJ3b, 4cylinder, 4 wheel drive, 4 speed transmission. Runs and drives. New brakes, including master cylinder, wheel cylinders, and lines. New fuel tank and sending unit. New steel front bumper. Powdercoated wheels and brand new Goodyear Wrangler tires.
Needs exhaust and fuel system work, and could use a general tune up. Plenty of rust (see pictures). Seats are missing. Title was lost, but paperwork was submitted early this week and I should have the title in the next few weeks.
Also have a set of louvered front body panels, including fenders, hood and grille. Will include with the vehicle or will sell seperately.
Please call or email for more information. John @ 785-850-1274, after 5pm. Thanks.”

Is there a piece of wood tied to the windshield frame?
I can’t tell what is on the windshield. It seems unusual though.
What you see tied to the windshield is Bubba’s Gas tank. Obviously the original tank is shot, so Bubba fitted this jeep with a custom accessory for supplying fuel to the engine…..I really like the extra hood and fenders that have been “ventilated” to provide extra cooling, or maybe to be used in cas the modified gas tank lights this baby up on fire.
I thought Robert was talking about the item along the inside base of the windshield. I completely missed the funky can attached to the top. Yikes!!
Is this cj3B still available ?
Joe, I forgot to update the link. Here’s the new link. http://kansascity.craigslist.org/cto/3555139803.html
yes, it appears it is still available. I’d call the phone number above if interested.

Nice new fuel tank!!
The piece that is across the bottom of the windshield is the defroster metal duct .
