Wasn’t this $2200 or $2300 a few months ago?
I too thought this had been listed earlier. However, I didn’t find it in my searches. Maybe it’s under a different town. I will re-investigate.

aha … I just found it under ‘myrtle creek’. I will delete that one. It was listed for $2500 there, too.
