I wish this hasn’t been folded.
“Original one sheet movie poster measuring approx. 27×41 inches. From the 1968 UA release of MASSACRE HARBOR. This is an original movie poster that would have been displayed by a theater. Not a reproduction. Folded as it came originally. This poster is in excellent unused condition. Photo is of the actual item listed. View my other items and combine shipping!”
I must look this movie up. I saw the complete series on Netflix. I loved it. I came away with three things. First, I wish I could have been astuntdriver for that show. Second. The equipment wasn’t authentic to WW2. Third, I never knew that Jeeps were so “bad” that their tires squealed in the sand.
As a point of info, most of the old “One Sheets” were folded and often discarded after the movie had made it’s run.
I’ve driven a Jeep on sand and although you wouldn’t think so, the tires do make noise, more of a squawk than a squeal. It’s been a long time since I have seen an episode of Rat Patrol to compare the noise.
SMc: You mean they folded them after they took them down or they came folded?
