That’s a good question.
One thought is that it could be a play on the CJ-5 Super Jeep: Here’s quick tutorial on that: https://www.hemmings.com/stories/2014/10/21/one-year-only-super-jeep-to-go-on-display-at-sema . Now, whether the mug is specifically referring to the Super Jeep or not (given the lack of super jeep design), I couldn’t say, but to me it’s the most logical reference. Also, the logo on the far right of the text under the illustration is consistent with the AMC era that produced the Super Jeep.
However, it could also just be a proclamation that jeeps are super, sort of a play off of Superman.
