Looks like an MB/GPW to me….
I just couldn’t tell for sure. It’s got a tool indent on the side, suggesting a M-38 or replacement body. It might have full floating hubs, but I can’t quite see. I don’t see willys on the hood, which suggest mb/gpw … It appears to have a tailgate. I just couldn’t decide.
