(07/17/2012) The windshield looks like a CJ-3B windshield, only taller? Or is that my imagination. The installation of the steering wheel was unusual . . .
“This is a 1948 jeep willys. Many mods/upgrades have been done. It has a compklete fiberglass body kit installed. It has a v-6 225 with headers and a holley intake. The motors runs but may have a blown head gasket, mily oil. It has a pto with a 10,000# winch. Also, having cnc hyd. conversions with rack and pinion steering. The tires are like new goodyears. Although this is a complete running jeep it does need work. I have a clear MI title but the vin tag is gone from previous body change. Call 419-602-3343. 1500 firm. Other parts aval. ”

Wow, another breath taking Jeep rebuild with unique design features such as plumbing pipe used as seat mounts, carefully hacked holes thru the firewall for linkages, brake lines run along the front spring, a very strange steering system and the seller mentions the engine oil is turning into mayonnaise due to mixing with engine coolant. I’m sure it’s taken alot of time and money to screw this Jeep in this fashion. Once again, WOW!

Yup, that’s a hack job if I ever saw one. The whole setup is just odd. I’m assuming he did the steering wheel that way to avoid using too many u joints? Windshield does not look 3b to me, looks like it started out as a 2a windshield and got heavily modified from there.
