The engine on this has been rebuilt. It runs.
“48 willys Jeep, engine has been rebuilt, it does run, but the steering box is bad, and obviously from the pics it does need work. But, its all original, and mostly just surface rust. It was my dads, he put a new windshield, taillights and headlights in it, and did take it gopher hunting a few times. I know its worth something to the right buyer, it will have to be loaded on a flatbed to haul it out..”
The jeep is registered as a 58 but the owner thought it was older. He didn’t know it was an M-38 and I can’t seem to find any data plates. Anyway, it is sitting in my driveway now. It’s been a long day. 🙂
