UPDATE: Lee recovered his jeep thanks to work by the Deputies at the Coconino County Sheriffs Office. Unfortunately, it had been disassembled.
“****My beautiful 1950 CJ-3A was stolen from the barn at our cabin sometime between June 24th and June 29th, 2012. The Cabin is in Clear Creek Pines units 8/9. 35 mi south of Winslow AZ. I love my old Willys and I hope I get her back in one piece.”
Drive train recovered by Coconino County Sheriffs Office on August 11, 2012, after deputies served a search warrant at a residence near Clear Creek Pines where this Jeep was stolen. Local burglars, apparently, who had a lot of stolen stuff from other residential burglaries nearby in this mountainous vacation home area. Thanks Deputies!
