1947 CJ-2A Spokane Valley, WA **SOLD**

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $8000

There some really nice aspects, but a couple puzzling restoration decisions such as the method for attaching the rear bow holders.

“Very nice original 1947 Willy’s Jeep that’s about 80% fully restored. This has been a five year restoration project using only original parts from Kaiser Willy’s Auto Supply. I have well over $10,000 in parts and materials alone. Life changes however are unfortunately forcing me to abandon this project of love. Briefly, the 6 volt electrical system has been upgraded to 12 volts; gloss OD paint to emulate a Flag Officer’s Jeep; all new brake system; new glass, etc. The list goes on. Jeep runs well, fun to drive and display at car shows.”

I love what’s been done here. I just disassembled a 46 down to the frame to find out its too far gone. Now I have a ton of spare parts. Have to talk to my wife about this one. Distance to Spokane over a 1000 miles though! Shipping damn
