The body, windshield (square washers) and grille appear to be from an early ’46.

Those are some strange tires. Some kind of industrial or ag tire with white walls?
Maybe a recapp or a regroove job….
I was so focused on looking for a straight section of body that I entirely missed the tires! I agree those are odd. I doubt they are ag tires given the white walls. I’ve never seen them before either.
My brothers first willys had a single tire like that. Were from Iowa, so maybe its a midwestern thing?
