Glenn forwarded this. I think a piece of the glass is good .. lol.
“Absolute sale NO RESERVE! No extra fees. I have most of a 1963 Jeep FJ-3 Fleetvan. Although missing the back it is a rare vehicle perfect for a parts vehicle. It is a parts vehicle. There is no title or registration to this. The vin plate is still attached to the Van with a dry cheap white paint coating it. I used my finger nail to expose the numbers. The steering, suspension and brakes for the front appear to be all there. The motor and transmission are there but I am not sure of their condition. The back of this Fleetvan is missing. The Postal Code is P.O.D-6-2-8208 and the manufacture Vin Code is 14955. The Jeep FJ-3 Fleetvan was a compact delivery van manufactured by Willys Motors and Kaiser-Jeep from 1961 to 1965. This FJ-3 is equipped with the F-134 Hurricane engine that is a 4 cylinder F-Head. Borg-Warner Automatic it looks like. The FJ-3 is only 135 inches long and is rated for 1000 pound payload. If you know of somebody that has one of these, PLEASE let them know so they can have a chance to get a parts Van. I’m sure they will appreciate that. Sold As is with no waranty or returns of course. I have jacks and stands to help load this up.”
As is, it would make a nice ticket booth…
“Your mail was lost when a freight train took off the ass end of this FJ3 Mail Van” We are sorry, signed The United States Postal Service”
That was funny!
I think I hear it saying something…what’s that? …..Jesse…fix meeee…..fix meeee…
There might be just that much room left on the trailer heading to his house next month!
I was sort of wondering what it might look like if I put an FC-150 bed on the back of it.
Is this what happens when the FJ3 is not as fast as that big dog, or is this Mr. Postman’s stomach goes postal after he get’s some chili hot sauce from New York City.
