Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1952 Willys M38A1 Military Jeep. All original Except color, bikini top and front bumper. 24 volt generator has been replaced with 24 volt alternator. Blackouts have been removed and replaced with turn signals. Runs good. Engine and powertrain are in good working condition including 4wd and have never been rebuilt. Could be a great restoration vehicle for military or jeep enthusiast. $4000 or could consider reasonable offer. I have the original military service manual and some extra parts. contact through craigslist for any questions.”
