UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $10,000
Looks nice.
“All original. Approximately 50k miles. Minor rust but looks very clean. 6 volt system. Inline 4 cylinder runs good and able to be driven. 2wd 3 speed on the column. Asking 10000 obo. Will send pictures to serious buyers. I’ve seen similar models going for 15 to 20k. Kbb for this model ranges from 8 for poor condition to 18k for excellent.”
I’ve never seen a Jeepster with those front fenders. Are these some sort of aftermarket replacements or is this car a prototype and therefore more “special”?
Well .. I saw those fenders from the front and thought, ‘don’t they look odd’. But, then as I loaded the pictures into the post, I got distracted trying to beat Ann at Scrabble. I completely forgot about them. Yes, I haven’t seen those before either. However, I have seen a similar fender shape used on some WW2 Jeeps. I don’t really know the history of the fenders though. Maybe someone else does?
Yup, those are odd
This is the second time I have seen one with fenders like that. I wonder if it was a custom job or some rare aftermarket add-ons.
