The drivetrain and suspension have been upgraded with Lincoln locker rear axle? So, by welding the axle shafts and differential gears together that’s an upgrade? Boy, I bet this Jeep handles like a pig on paved roads. Also, if you’re going to spray black paint in the engine compartment it’s best to avoid painting the radiator hoses and distributer cap. By the way, just how many fuel pumps are necessary to keep this Jeep running?

lol .. I never actually looked at the jeep until you commented on it. I was only interested in the hood ornament.

the secondary fuel pump is there just to supply the first one because the 304 is a pig on gas. pls note sarcasm. i had one of these in my ’74 CJ-5 and i averaged 10 mpg ( that’s imperial gallons) that was with it all timed and tuned properly

There was a Jeep running around town 35 years ago with a gold miner hood ornament. I’ve never seen any other Gold Miners on the hood of any vehicle before or since. I’ve seen a few bulldogs on Jeeps, but this one is unique. The one I used to notice was chrome. This one must be brass.
