“This is a 1948 Willys CJ-2A Jeep just in off of Ranch duty in Texas. This Jeep as been used on a Ranch for the last 13 years- It has been used but not abused, still runs and drives- 12 volt Electrical system- Engine Starts good first time- Head Lights work- Has good brakes- 4 wheel drive shifts and works good- Has a brand new battery-Tires are 16X6.00 NDT Military with lots of tread left- Seats are good- Passenger seat is not original- Gauges all work except Gas and Speedometer is missing- Body has seen better days, Rusty but not a total loss- Floor boards are not rusted through, but rusty in the usual places- Pictures should tell the story-This would be a great restoration project, or buy it for your Ranch or Hunting vehicle- You can load it or tow it home it comes with a tow bar- I have a clear transferable Texas Title in hand- Sold as is-”

If you are bidding on this jeep be careful about the paperwork as it looks like it was titled by an engine number that doesn’t match the jeep. Currently not at reserve, at $400 or so. I would value it with a good title at about $1k. and less if the paperwork is no good.
Seller has found the engine number was used to title the jeep, so it may be no problem to retitle it, depending on your local title office. It would be best to title it by the actual CJ2A serial number.
