Why is there a six volt battery in the engine compartment battery box?
shoot .. I was going to take a second look at that engine compartment and forgot too …I was wondering about that battery, too.
I just looked up the CJ-V35Us and apparently those only had the 6 volt battery. However, those didn’t have the battery box.

It looks like this Willys still has the 24 volt military distributer and waterproof plugs so the idea of a six volt battery in the system made me wonder.
Thats a 6 volt battery
